Militairy law  in this day and age.

Military law deals with laws and regulations concerning military personnel. It can cover a wide range of topics, such as if you, as a (former) serviceman, have received a summons for a criminal offence, if you have been injured in or during the performance of your work, or if you have been proposed for discharge from military service.

When Military law is relevant to you

Military law can be relevant in various situations, both for actively serving military personnel and veterans. These may include criminal cases, such as an accusation of a crime committed during service, or legal status cases relating to terms of employment, dismissal or reassignment within Defence. In addition, military disciplinary law may be relevant, involving disciplinary measures and procedures within the armed forces.

If you are faced with any of these cases, it is important to seek legal advice from a specialist with in-depth knowledge of military law. Our lawyers will provide you with the necessary legal assistance, advise you on the possible next steps and ensure that you are well informed about the course and costs of your case. Whether you need preventive advice or active assistance during proceedings, we are ready to assist you with our expertise and experience.
