Annelies has been working at Delissen Martens since April 2026, where she is part of the Labour law practice group.
Expertise
Annelies graduated in June 2025 and completed her master’s degree in Employment Law at Leiden University. During her studies, she gained experience in labour law and general contract law. Annelies handles the full spectrum of labour law. She drafts and reviews employment contracts and settlement agreements and provides advice on labour disputes and termination issues. She assists both employers and employees in these matters.
Her Approach
Annelies is convinced that good legal work begins with understanding the person behind the case. Whether it involves an employee facing a conflict for the first time or an employer facing a difficult decision, she takes the time to empathize with the situation before providing legal advice. She combines this personal, realistic approach with a thorough legal analysis, so that clients not only know where they stand but also feel heard.
