Relevant work experience
In 2002, she completed her degree programme Human Resource Management at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. She has worked in various Human Resources positions since and has broadened her knowledge with Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Mediation and NLP.
She feels at ease as HR manager at Delissen Martens. “The challenge to tailor the HR policy continuously to the strategy of the office and to jointly achieve the best possible result gives me a feeling of accomplishment. The spirit and passion for the work with the staff of Delissen Martens are noticeable. The team is accessible, delivers high-quality work and is working together. Working with and for these colleagues is therefore an experience that motivates me and is also an honour for me.”
