Frezia Aarts
After being sworn in as a lawyer in 2012, Frezia specialised in criminal law, particularly military criminal law. Pursuing her broad interest in military law, she gained experience at the Ministry of Defence, working as a senior lawyer in military civil service law. In this role, she dealt with cases involving military personnel, reservists and civilians.
Expertise
At Delissen Martens, she advises and litigates in military civil service cases, including objection and appeal proceedings. She also assists with complaints handled by the Commission on Undesirable Conduct (COG) and investigations conducted by the Central Organisation for Integrity in Defence (COID). Additionally, she acts in related military criminal cases.
Furthermore, she advises and assists professionals such as lawyers and notaries in disciplinary proceedings.
Her approach
As a lawyer, Frezia attaches great importance to the trust-based relationship she has with her clients. She is a dedicated lawyer with a keen eye for detail and extensive litigation experience.
