Marina Verberkmoes-Cota
Marina has been a lawyer since 2009. Since 2017, she is a partner in Delissen Martens’ Corporate Law department. Marina assists entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions and represents them throughout the acquisition/merger process. This includes negotiating the terms of the transaction, providing legal advice on the transaction structure and taking care of the necessary transaction documentation.
In addition, Marina advices medium-sized and large companies, start-ups, shareholders and directors on incorporation of companies, articles of association, restructuring, corporate governance issues, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation.
Marina also represents clients in legal proceedings about acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes and director and supervisor liability.
