Naomi Ongenae

Naomi has worked at DM since January 2026, where she is part of the Tenancy Law department.

Expertise

She graduated from Leiden University in the summer of 2025 with a Master's degree in Civil Law. During internships at a large law firm and at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal — where she subsequently remained employed as a court clerk — she developed an interest in real estate and tenancy law.

At DM, she focuses on all aspects of tenancy law, mainly assisting clients with legal expenses insurance.

Naomi combines a keen eye with a realistic, practical approach. She quickly understands cases and knows how to boil legal issues down to their essence. She communicates openly and clearly, bearing in mind the client's situation and expectations. By actively contributing ideas and working meticulously, she helps to find solutions that are both legally sound and practically feasible.
