Nicole van Leeuwen

Nicole is a dedicated and seasoned family lawyer and mediator.

She completed her law degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2012. During her studies, she gained valuable work experience and became actively involved in the legal profession. It was during this time that her enthusiasm for the legal profession, particularly family law, began to grow.

Admitted to the bar in early 2013, Nicole subsequently specialised in family law. She is a member of the Association of Family Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS).

Having worked for a long time at a small law firm in Gouda, she joined Delissen Martens in 2025, where she now works in the family law department.

Expertise

Nicole specialises in complex divorces. She thrives on dissecting cases in detail. This applies to advising on and litigating in cases, as well as to mediations. She does not shy away from challenges and is creative in finding pragmatic solutions.

Nicole is known as a dedicated lawyer and mediator who often establishes strong relationships with her clients in a short period of time. She is sensitive to emotions and therefore quickly identifies the root cause of a conflict. She is also sharp, accurate and results-oriented, and likes to work towards the best possible solution.
