Ard joined Delissen Martens in November 2023. He works in the litigation department.
His approach
Ard assists companies and private individuals in various private law matters. More specifically, he specialises in litigation, contract law and debt collection (attachment). This includes drafting and assessing contracts and general terms and conditions, holding parties liable and recovering amounts due. Whether negotiating, advising or litigating, Ard is happy to help.
Ard is driven but likes to keep the human touch. He makes considered decisions, thinks ahead and applies a critical eye to the issues at hand. You can approach him with an open mind and expect tailored solutions.
