Ard has been with Delissen Martens since November 2023. He is attached to the Litigation section.

His approach

Ard assists companies and private individuals in various private law matters. In particular, he specialises in procedural law, contract law and debt collection (attachment). This includes drafting and assessing contracts and general terms and conditions, holding parties liable and collecting amounts due. Whether negotiating, advising or litigating, Ard is happy to help.
