Marina has been a lawyer since 2009. She has been a partner in Corporate Law at Delissen Martens since 2017. Marina assists entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions and represents them during the acquisition/merger process. This includes negotiating the terms of the transaction, advising on the transaction structure and taking care of the necessary transaction documentation.
In addition, Marina advises medium and large companies, start-ups, shareholders and directors on incorporation, articles of association, restructuring, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation.
Marina also represents clients in legal proceedings concerning acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes and director and supervisor liability.
