Milan’s interest in Business and Corporate Law was aroused and continued to grow during his law studies. The matters at issue within Business and Corporate Law tie in with his commercial attitude. His personal drive is to assist you in the best possible way, so that you can focus on things you do best: running a business.
Milan has been employed as a paralegal at the Business and Corporate Law Group Practice of Delissen Martens since April 2018. As a paralegal he assists the lawyers in this practice group in their daily work. Business clients can consult him on legal issues pertaining to Business and Corporate Law and Civil Law.
Milan is fascinated by the dilemmas companies are faced with. He is pleased to be able to help you based on his understanding of the business operations. Where legal issues must be solved, he will not only show the dogmatic context thereof, but will prefer to work together with the parties involved towards a solution which is long-lasting also from a social and a business point of view.
After completing the bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Studies, Milan completed the master’s degree in Civil Law and Business Law at Leiden University. During his studies, he has worked in the Moot Court department of Leiden University, first as a student assistant and after graduation as a Research and Teaching Assistant. He was mainly engaged in coordinating the department and providing assistance in the area of research. He also gave training courses to students in advocacy skills.
