Rik has been a lawyer since 2012. Since 2018, he has worked at Delissen Martens in the Corporate Law department. He advises companies and entrepreneurs on commercial contracts, liability issues, shareholder disputes and corporate governance. As a former trustee, he also has a strong affinity with insolvency law and restructuring.
