Divorce Day September 11, 2020

Why Divorce Day?

On September 15, 1796, the very first divorce was pronounced in the Netherlands, which prompted the vFAS (Association of Family and Inheritance Lawyers Divorce Mediators) from 2010 to draw national attention to the importance of respectful divorce under expert guidance on or around this day. With the aim of improving the process surrounding divorce and separations, so that partners and ex-partners separate carefully and respectfully. It is not without reason that the motto of the vFAS is: 'you divorce together'.

For Whom is the Day of the Divorce ?

For people with questions about divorce, alimony, drawing up a parenting plan and / or covenant or arranging finances.
