Linda (L.) van der Knaap
Linda has been employed as a lawyer at Delissen Martens since 2020. She is a passionate lawyer who acts in a resolute manner. “I fasten onto each case file. I don’t give up easily and am always going for the best possible result.”
Companies as well as private persons can consult her for advice on divergent legal issues in the area of liability law, the law of contracts, law of obligations, tenancy law and property law.
What is the motivation that drives her as a lawyer?
“The analytic way of working through understanding legal issues in combination with my sense of justice. In addition, I find it very gratifying if my clients are pleased with the help provide.”
She feels very strongly about honesty and openness. “I find it important to communicate in an honest and clear manner.” In addition, she applies a personal approach. “I am pleased to be able to help people and I provide my clients with enough room to explain their case.”
What may clients expect from Linda? “I aim to provide services matching the client’s personal situation, but at the same time I also ensure that no wrong expectations will be raised by giving a realistic advice as regards the chances of success.”
In February 2020, Linda completed the master’s degree programme in criminal law and the law of criminal procedure at Leiden university. During her law studies she has acquired experience at various prestigious law firms in Amsterdam. In addition, she has worked as a volunteer with Stichting de Haagse Wetswinkel (The Hague legal advice centre)
