Mirthe joined DM as a lawyer in the immigration law practice group in 2022, while she was still a student.

Having graduated with a degree in Criminal Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, she has since gained experience in various areas of law throughout her career.

She now works as a personal injury lawyer. In this role, she specialises in recovering damages from the liable party. She supports clients throughout the process, from the initial notice of liability to the final settlement of their compensation claim.

She also assists clients with occupational diseases in seeking compensation for residual damages from their employers, including the Fire Department, the Police and the Ministry of Defence.

Mirthe believes it is important to be accessible and approachable to her clients. “Every client has their own story, with unique aspects and feelings that come with it.
