Expertise
He has extensive experience advising corporations and individuals and specializes in litigation, corporate disputes and information technology law.
His approach
Which is deliberate. “To prepare an opinion, I always conduct a preliminary investigation first, so that I have all the facts in order. When giving advice, I check that the client understands and supports the approach.” He believes it is important that his clients have realistic expectations of a case. He pursues this by being honest and transparent. “At the beginning of a case, I make it clear what is achievable. That way the client knows clearly what to expect from a case.”
Olivier's advice is solution-oriented. “I have a practical attitude. My starting point is to solve problems and not make them worse.”
